Is Haarp Real? Thats not hard to figure out if you take the time to look at the facts. What's hard for people to come to terms with is the question: "Is man really sinful?".
For some reason, even most Christians don't seem to really believe that...and for that reason, they canot accept weather modification even though the facts are staring them in the face. The same congnitive dissonance allowed christian germany to become nazi and Christian russia to become marxist.
